No Surpise Act"
The No Surprises Act is part of a Federal Public Health Service Act which was enacted in December 2020. 
The No Surprise Billing Act and the Good Faith Estimate laws took effect January 2022 (more info here).

The length of treatment for psychological problems will vary from one individual/couple/family to another:

• According to the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy, the average number of sessions is 12 sessions (link).
• According to the American Psychological Association (link) 15 to 20 sessions are required for 50 percent of patients to recover as indicated by self-reported symptom measures.
